Agenda of the event

About WE-Hope:

WE-Hope (2019-2022) is a Creative Europe cooperation project connecting people through memories and experiences of migration in Europe, aiming to promote multiculturalism through sharing experiences of surviving crises across generations, thus bringing ‘old’ Europe and ‘new’ Europe closer together in a common framework of hope for the future. We use heritage, art and technology to celebrate our common values: inclusion and togetherness.

To reach this objective, the project partners worked together on:

  • Building a digital repository – our Bank of Memories has been built on testimonies from refugees and migrants collected by project partners. It will be made accessible to all.

  • Creating an artistic performance with committed artists, inspired by the testimonies and based on an ancient ‘street art’ form.

  • Producing open-access learning resources based on the testimonies – in multiple languages.

The organisation of the event is supported by the National conservatory of arts and crafts of Paris (Conservatoire national des arts et métiers.)
